Working collaboratively with government and humanitarian partners, Alwaleed Philanthropies delivers this multi-faceted support through:

  • Targeted vocational training
  • Employment placement
  • Psychological rehabilitation
  • Social empowerment and leadership development

A Roadmap for Lasting Change

  • Economic Empowerment: Support financial independence through job readiness programs and career guidance.
  • Capacity Building: Provide transformative education and leadership training to strengthen personal and social capabilities.

Facilitating Entry into the Workforce

One of the core ambitions of this initiative is to enable women to enter the job market with confidence and competence. By addressing psychological trauma and building career readiness, the project removes barriers to employment and ensures long-term success in the professional realm.
