Alwaleed Philanthropies Provides Residential Units for 7,782 Saudi Citizens

In the final blessed days of Ramadan, Alwaleed Philanthropies, chaired by HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, provided 617 residential units for Saudi citizens in need to increase the number of beneficiaries of the Housing Initiative to 7,782 citizens.

The initiative was in response to the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud and the Crown Prince HRH Prince Salman Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, to provide  adequate housing for citizens in need.

Alwaleed Philanthropies is one of the first pioneers in providing residential units for eligible citizens. The Foundation reviews and assesses cases to ensure priority is given to citizens in dire need to provide them with the means that will ensure a dignified life.

Alwaleed Philanthropies are involved in a wide spectrum of humanitarian and philanthropic activities in more than 90 countries. Their focus areas are established around strategic initiatives ranging from Disaster Relief and Community Development, to Women and Youth Empowerment, as well as Promoting Intercultural Understanding.
