Prince Alwaleed Receives the King of Sweden

HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Alwaleed Philanthropies "Global", receives King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, Honorary Chairman of the World Scout Foundation on November 24, 2016 in HRH’s office at the Kingdom Tower in Riyadh. 

 

The meeting was attended by members of Alwaleed Philanthropies "Global", HRH Princess Lamia Bint Majed Alsaud, Secretary General, Ms. Nauf Al Rawaf, Executive Manager of the Global Initiatives, Ms. Amal Alkathiri, Executive Manager of the National Initiatives, Ms. Shahad Almufti, Communication and Media Officer of National Initiatives. The meeting was also attended by members of HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal’s Private Office, Ms. Nada Alsugair, Executive Director of Finance and Administration, Ms. Hassna Alturki, Senior Executive Manager of International Relations, Mr. Fahad Bin Nafel, Senior Executive Assistant to HRH, Dr. Samir Anabtawi, Academic Advisor to HRH, Mr. Ahmed Al Tobaishi, Executive Assistant to HRH, and from the Kingdom Holdings, Ms. Heba Fatani, Senior Executive Manager of Corporate Communications, Ms. Manal Alshammary, Senior Executive Manager of the Office of HRH Alwaleed Bin Talal, Ms. Intisar Al-Yamani, Executive Manager of Corporate Communications and Mr. Ziyad Alomair, Relations Manager.

 

 

The meeting began as HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal and HE King Carl XVI Gustaf discussed social and humanitarian topics, in addition to discussing the important role of the World Scout Foundation and scouts both locally and globally. HE King Carl XVI Gustaf invited HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal to visit Sweden, in which HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal promised to do so in the near future. Alwaleed Philanthropies "Global" Global (Registration no. 333 - Lebanon) has donated 22,500,000 SAR to the World Scout Foundation in support of numerous projects such as Integration of European Refugee Families- Peace in Action, Food for Life in Africa- Ethiopia, Namibia, Tanzania and Togo, Disaster Preparedness in Indonesia, Connecting Scouts- Scout App.
